About Me

First off I should introduce myself...my name is Lynn Marie Gugliuzza. (yeah try growing up with that last name!) I am a Beachbody coach determined to motivate and lead others to live a healthier lifestyle. I am a former DI College Soccer Player, where we used to train for hours a day.  A rest day still meant we should be doing something on our own away from the team environment.  We were not given much information on nutrition as long as we were training. I thought I could eat whatever I wanted as long as I worked out forever, then I would have the body I wanted.  I also love cooking and baking so I was always in the kitchen trying out new recipes.
When I did want to try a little bit harder with working out or eating better, it was always for outside reasons.  Like I have to look good for the holidays, or we are going out Saturday night and I want to feel good, or my parents are coming into town.  It was never for ME.  So whether I was pushing a little bit harder or not, I was not seeing the results and was getting frustrated so I joined my first Beachbody challenge group.  It was here that I discovered the recipe to be fit was to eat clean, drink Shakeology and doing home workouts! I started with Insanity and absolutely loved it because I love cardio and pushing myself.  The Shakeology benefits for my body were endless and I could immediately feel my energy levels go up, which I definitely need being a full time Soccer coach.  It was finding the perfect combination of these things in order to get fit, feel healthy, and be happier and more confident than I had ever been.  I continue my love for cooking and baking still but make all of my favorite recipes CLEAN EATING so I am still giving my body the nutrients it needs! Now I know how to fuel my body with the right foods to get the most out of my workouts, in a short amount of time so I have more time to enjoy life as a 30 year old living in Boston! Balance has finally been restored in my life!

More about my story and how scary it was to be close to being in the emergency room. HERE
