Mexican Dip (Vegan)

Personally, I like a lot of things fresh and don't like to use canned foods all too often so for this recipe you will taste the freshness! I served this to friends and no one knew it was vegan as it had all the flavor!

1st layer:
For homemade "refried" beans I cooked 2 cups pinto beans and then blended with about 1 tbsp coconut oil and a little water until it all combined and was a smooth texture.  Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a little chili powder. Put this in the bottom of your dish.

2nd layer:
The cheeeeeesssseee!
Blend together 1 cup cashews, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, a little water, and a few tablespoons salsa.  Then spread on top of beans.

3rd layer:
You can use store bought or I just mashed up 3 avocados with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lime.

4th layer:
Spread some salsa on it.

5th layer:
Chop up a bell pepper and sprinkle on top.

6th layer:
Sprinkle some sliced olives on top.

Lastly, top it off with cilantro.

New Workout Program I am pumped about!!

3 things that we ALL want!!
New workout program being launched focuses on these 3 things but at the same time is a Total Body workout (clearly with moves like this!!) 🙌

I am super excited for it as the transformations I have seen from the test groups are INSANE!! 👍
Plus using new workout equipment that is easy to travel✈️      with like sliders and strength bands. Totally going to feel the🔥

FINALLY an 80 day program with 45-60 min workouts. I am one that LOVES to workout so while the 30 min or less workouts are great, I personally want more. This is Totally going to ROCK!

Sorry we have a passion to grow personally and to share our journey hoping to inspire others to truly live life the happiest and healthiest we all can.

There are so many different workout programs you can do and you should do what you LOVE. But the big component that people miss is the nutrition piece. That was the case for us.

We drink a nutritional shake because we at least know we are getting the base of what we need everyday.
We do the on demand workout programs because of the ease of access, quality of programs, and variety.
We eat healthy because it makes us feel energized and mentally clear.
We read books and listen to podcasts for personal development so we are constantly growing.

Because of all this, our lives have been so much happier from when we 1st met.
