Chocolate Coconut Protein Cookie Balls



INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup oats
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I used Shakeology)
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg white
2 tbsp coconut extract
sprinkle of stevia
1/4 cup carob chips
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp flaxseeds.

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, form into balls (makes about 9 balls ) put on cookie sheet with baking paper, bake at 350F for about 5-7 minutes.

Eat one straight out of the oven, you will not regret it !
